Luxury Mandre House

The Luxury Mandre House ★★★★ holiday home is located in the quiet surroundings of the village of Mandre in the southwestern part of the Croatian island of Pag, approx. 450 meters from the center and 300 meters from the beautiful pebble beach.

It offers two spacious terraces where you can enjoy pleasant summer evenings with family and friends. On the terraces you will find comfortable seating, a hot tub and a grill, thanks to which you can prepare your own fish and local specialties. The house is suitable for a larger family or group of friends.

The newly equipped house for up to 10 people consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, has 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms + a full-size folding bed for 2 people in the living room. There are also two terraces with a view of the sea, with deckchairs and a grill, a jacuzzi and 3 parking spaces. In the house, you will also find 5 flat-screen satellite TVs, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, towels and bed linen are available for guests.

Of course, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, sparkling water maker, ice maker or toaster.

Within walking distance there is a promenade with restaurants, a pizzeria, a shop, a bakery, a fish shop, a pharmacy, ice cream stalls, shops with souvenirs and beach goods. For children, there is fun nearby in the form of an amusement park, climbing frames and water castles. The nearest airport is in Zadar, 80 km away.

Frequent questions

What is the minimum length of stay in the apartment?

The minimum reservation period is 7 nights. There is always a one-day window for cleaning the apartment between individual shifts.

When can we arrive and when must we leave the apartment on the day of departure?

Check-in at the accommodation is from 15:00 on the day of arrival, departure by 9:00.

How about accommodation for children?

We have travel cots ready for the smallest guests.

Where can I park near the apartment?

There are three parking spaces for our guests right next to the apartment, parking is free.

What is the procedure for booking an apartment?

If interested, we send the client a reservation contract. The reservation is valid on the day the reservation deposit is credited to our account and the confirmation of the reservation contract is received by e-mail.

How about paying for the reservation?

To make a reservation, you need to pay a reservation deposit of 30% of the agreed price for the accommodation + a 200 EUR REFUNDABLE deposit for any damage in the accommodation (it will be returned within 10 days of the guest's departure). Payment is made by cashless transfer in EUR or CZK. The remaining part of the agreed price - i.e. 70% - must be credited to the accommodation provider's account no later than 15 days before arrival at the accommodation.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation of stay by the client. The client is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the stay. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail) and confirmed by the accommodation provider.

- stay in the selected accommodation facility

- WI-FI, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, jacuzzi

- three parking spaces, water consumption, electricity, final cleaning

Additional information

- the code for entering the house will be sent to the client after payment of the additional payment for accommodation services, but no later than 7 days before arrival at the accommodation facility

- smoking is only allowed on the terrace

- pets are not allowed
