What is the minimum length of stay in the apartment?
The minimum reservation period is 7 nights. There is always a one-day window for cleaning the apartment between individual shifts.
When can we arrive and when must we leave the apartment on the day of departure?
Check-in at the accommodation is from 15:00 on the day of arrival, departure by 9:00.
How about accommodation for children?
We have travel cots ready for the smallest guests.
Where can I park near the apartment?
There are three parking spaces for our guests right next to the apartment, parking is free.
What is the procedure for booking an apartment?
If interested, we send the client a reservation contract. The reservation is valid on the day the reservation deposit is credited to our account and the confirmation of the reservation contract is received by e-mail.
How about paying for the reservation?
To make a reservation, you need to pay a reservation deposit of 30% of the agreed price for the accommodation + a 200 EUR REFUNDABLE deposit for any damage in the accommodation (it will be returned within 10 days of the guest's departure). Payment is made by cashless transfer in EUR or CZK. The remaining part of the agreed price - i.e. 70% - must be credited to the accommodation provider's account no later than 15 days before arrival at the accommodation.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation of stay by the client. The client is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the stay. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail) and confirmed by the accommodation provider.
Cancellation fees:

What is included in the price?
- stay in the selected accommodation facility
- bed linen, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, fully equipped kitchen including ice maker, soda stream, coffee maker and toaster, grill on the terrace
- WI-FI, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, jacuzzi
- three parking spaces, water consumption, electricity, final cleaning
Additional information
- the code for entering the house will be sent to the client after payment of the additional payment for accommodation services, but no later than 7 days before arrival at the accommodation facility
- smoking is only allowed on the terrace
- pets are not allowed
